I have found the secret to better health. Results not typical. 1 Monster Lo Carb a day + reduced diet + no meals or caffeine after 8 pm = better quality sleep, elevated feeling of well-being. Added plus, less compulsive noshing at work. Am seriously considering buying a 24 pack from Sam’s Club now. J
